How to Lock Folders in Windows 10 without Software

Lock any Folders in windows 10 without using third party software.


Follow below mentioned steps

Step 01 : Create A New Folder and set name whatever you want to set.

Step 02 : Now create new text (in Notepad) File.

Step 03 : Now click on this link and copy all texts - Click here 


Step 04 : Now open notepad file and paste in it and then set password.
                (whatever password you want to set)

Step 05 : Save as file as a "bat" file.

Step 06 : Now double click on "bat" file. after that you will see "Private" folder will be create automatically. Now move all your files and folders in that "Private" Folder.


Step 07 : Now open "bat" file again and then windows will ask you "are you sure to lock this folder" type Y and Enter.


Step 08 : Your Private folder will be disappear.  


Step 09 : If you want your "private" folder back then open "bat" file and Enter your password.
